RHIM FM has a media team (RHIM FM Media), a theater arts crew (RHIM FM Theater City), a music band (RHIMA Gospel Band), a dance crew (RHIM FM Dance Academy), a prayer team, a communication department, a protocol team, a discipleship and counseling committee, a benevolence committee, a welfare committee, a finance committee, an outreach committee, a project committee, a rental service, etc. The organization is generally divided into an executive arm and a general assembly. The executive arm is composed of all departmental and committee heads and all the head delegates of our various delegations/mission stations. The general assembly encompasses every member of the organization: people who are completely sold out for the gospel, each referred to as a “Herald.”
